Exciting news!
We’re writing to inform you that the Dolphin and Dolphin Plus are already on the way to you. Here is some info you might need to know:
- The Dolphin and Dolphin Plus will arrive in Los Angeles/Long Beach Port around 20th OCT.
- Usually, it will take 1-5 business days to complete the customs clearance, then all pre-ordered Dolphin and Dolphin Plus gonna ship out after then, estimated 27th, OCT.
- The Qualisports Order Management Team will update the Order Processing Info & Tracking Info via email, pls note to check it.
