Qualisports Refund Policy


About Retuns: 

We highly value your shopping experience and aim to provide you with satisfactory service. To ensure a smooth process for returns and exchanges, please carefully inspect the received items (Both outside the package box and inside the product) for any transportation damages or quality issues upon delivery. If you discover any problems, please contact us through the following channels within 3 days:

Please note that if you fail to contact us through the above channels within 3 days of receiving the goods, we will assume that your items did not suffer from transportation damages, and we will not accept return or exchange requests based on this reason. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect the items promptly and get in touch with us so that we can address any potential issues in a timely manner.

Tip: Please keep your box for a week.


Ebike orders:

  • No returns after 7 Days of receiving the Bike.

  • To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it

  • Box must be sealed and unopened.

  • Customer pays $175 shipping fee (this is withheld from refund) and is subject to a 25% restocking fee (this is deducted from refund) 

Accessory/replacement part orders:

  • All accessories can be used for Qualisports ebikes only, we do not accept any return or refund of accessories.


Used items:

  • No returns, except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction

  • Please email us with TRACKING NUMBER after you send your return by emailing info@qualisports.us 


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund, minus payment processing fees (5% of the order amount) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@qualisports.us 

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@qualisports.us  and send your item to:4422 E Airport Dr unit A, Ontario, CA 91761.
  • Additionally, if you mistakenly purchase the wrong product, we're happy to assist with an exchange under these conditions:
    1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    2. Please request the exchange within 1 day upon arrival.
    3. Kindly note that you'll be responsible for covering the round trip shipping costs.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
