Overall, good service. The bike is just what I needed. Only a delay with delivery of accessory/ bike rack. But it is on its way.

Prompt delivery
I received my bike promptly. I gave this only 4 stars because there are no instructions with the screws and parts that need to be attached (fenders, reflctor, light). I ordered a basket and back rack which showed up the next day. I originally ordered the wrong basket and emailed them, they responded quickly and exchanged it for the correct basket. Also no instructions on how or which screws to use for basket/rack install. The cable to the front light did not reach the front of the basket and I had to look at videos that someone posted on the facebook group on how to pull out a few more inches of cable to make it reach. The back rack was delivered with a big scratch in the aluminum. I have sent an email to Qualisports support and have not had a comment back on that yet but it has only been one day. They were quick to respond to my first request so I expect the same. I like the bike very much and it seems solid and works correctly with the minimal use so far.
