Great bike as I integrate use into rec and local transportation.

We are really loving our bikes! So surprised that they ride equally well as electric asst or a pain pedal. Plus very well equiped.

The bike came with no documentation on how to assemble or operate; something I would expect for something of this price. After some time of trial and error; got it all assembled and ready for the road. Bought the rear rack as part of purchase from bike shop; never was shipped to them (and they didnt call me if it arrived). Was forced to order directly from you at a higher price ( $ 75.00 versus $ 68.00; shop gave me overall discount) and had to pay an additional $ 25 shipping from you to me. Also had to make another trip to bike shop to get refund on my pre pay of rear frame. Big hassle; not fair !!
